Cleveland Man Indicted on Clean Air Act Charges for Dumping and Asbestos Pollution

In Cleveland, a man was charged with violating the Clean Air Act for his failure to remove asbestos before demolishing a former factory in the city.

Two other men were also indicted with Christopher Gattarello for their illegal dumping. City Councilman Mike Polensek was appalled at how atrocious the violations were: "It was like 15 acres of raw garbage with rats running around the size of 'possums in broad daylight. The city has got to take a more aggressive stance on this stuff by going after the garbage brokers." For more, click here.
