Cover Up by BASF and its Attorneys Unveiled

The U.S. Court of Appeals in Philadelphia determined that BASF and its law firm, Cahill, Gordon & Reindel LLP systematically concealed damaging evidence and manufactured documents to defeat claims that its talc contained asbestos.
